With the increased focus and attention being placed on the world around us, people are becoming more and more conscience of what they can do to help reduce waste, greenhouse gasses, and other pollutants that are negatively effecting our environment. As an answer to these calls, Marks & Kattens has introduced a complete line of organic & eco-friendly yarns:

The M&K Eco yarns have all been grown and processed according to a strict set of standards controlled and accepted by Skal International. In addition, all the packaging and ball bands are made with 100% recycled paper. Skal International is an inspection and certification organization recognized in the U.S., which certifies organic products, processes and inputs. Both the cottons and wool used in the M&K Eco yarns have been grown and harvested within the guidelines for ecological agriculture under EU (European Union) Regulation (EEC) No. 2092/91, certified by Skal International.
